Container Alignment System in the Labeler
GENERAL
BBULL CAS is a detection system that provides an electronical adjustment of the container without mechanical additives during the signal exchange with the labeler.
Inside the labeler the bottles turn past a special LED-lighting and a cabinet equipped
with cameras.
The System detects the exact position of the glass seam, the decoration or
the
identification mark and sends the result to the machine control.
Then the servo-driven plates adjust the bottles in the correct position
based
on the transmitted result to attach the label exactly on the designated area.

APPLICATION
An adjustment is always necessary if a label is to be attached on a designated area (window), in relation to an affixed embossing (lettering, identification mark) or to avoid the labelling onto the glass seam (typical application: transparent plastic labels for the “no label look“).
